When you buy a product with resell rights you usually get a sales page within the package. Or you may need to visit the website of the publisher to obtain the sales page.

The sales pages are quite easy to customise with your own details and make ready to sell the product at 100% profit yourself. This video shows you how to customise the sales page and below that you will find details of a really useful ebook that will help you to find your way around Paypal and as it has master resell rights will earn 100% profit for you.

Adding a Payment Processor

Part of customising your sales page is adding a payment processor. Although there are several options the most popular is PayPal. The PayPal site can be complicated, even for an experienced user. I got a nifty little guide called PayPal Made Simple which helped me to figure out the system better.

PayPal Made Simple also comes with Master Resell Rights – a sorta earn while you learn product! I’ve reduced the selling price from $9.95 to $2.95 for visitors to this blog and you can find more details at here.

Publish Your Website

Once you have customised your page and added your payment processor you need to publish your sales page to your website. Before doing that you may need to rename your sales page and images. If your sales page is going to be the only page on your domain it should be named index. If the sales page is going to be linked to from your home page, or if you are going to have multiple sales pages then they should either have different names or a separate folder in the public_html area for each sales page.

The same applies for images. Often you get images for different products sales pages with the same name. The easiest way to avoid problems is to have a different folder for each product and to upload the correct images for that product to the same folder.

File Transfer Protocol

There are 2 ways of uploading files, one is by using an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client, the other is by uploading via your website control panel.

You download an FTP client to your computer and add your website log in in details. You then browse for the files that you want to upload and direct one or more to the folder where you want them to go on your website. You can also add new folders via the ftp client. There are several free FTP clients available, one such is Filezilla

The option that I usually prefer is uploading from within my website cpanel. Probably because I am less likely to upload the files to the wrong place, though using FTP is quicker if you have a large amount of files to upload.

The one time that I absolutely wouldn’t use FTP is if I am uploading a large website, or for instance a Content Management system. I would upload those in a zip file and extract the files from inside my cpanel. It’s quicker that way and no files are lost as sometimes happens with FTP.
